Each month builds on the last.
We begin with Orientation to Safety — understanding fog, confusion, override, and the way connection often outranks truth in the nervous system.
From there, we expand your ability to recognize what your system is doing in real time.
There are weekly live conversations where you can bring questions or simply listen.
There’s a private space for reflection and discussion.
And there’s a growing library of short explanations for common protection patterns — something to return to when you need clarity without overwhelm.
Anyone who has thought:
“I understand what’s happening… so why do I still do it?”
Anyone who is tired of managing symptoms and wants to understand the deeper logic beneath them.
Anyone ready to learn how safety actually organizes behavior.
This membership is open to all.
Additional context-specific Personal Safety Mapping Groups are available for those who want deeper work in smaller, contained rooms.

Hi, I’m Alyssa.
I’m the founder of The Safety Map - a framework for understanding how the nervous system organizes around safety and how that organization shapes behavior, relationships, and healing.
For years, I worked in conflict and communication coaching. I saw intelligent, self-aware people understand their patterns and still feel unable to change them.
That tension is what led me to develop The Safety Map.
Because the issue was never a lack of insight.
It was a lack of safety.
Today, my work focuses on helping people understand the deeper logic beneath their reactions - not so they can force change, but so their system can reorganize when safety is present.
You’ll hear The Safety Map referenced throughout my membership, coaching groups, and upcoming book.
This isn’t about pushing through fear.
It’s about understanding what your body is doing - and why it makes sense.
